Mr. Lawrence Lee was previously an executive vice president at Yuanta Securities, executive vice president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, and formerly was vice president, proprietary trading department, at Sampo Securities.

Mr. Lee graduated from Soochow University’s Law School.

Mr. Yu was previously vice president at both Yuanta Securities Finance and Yuanta Securities. He was also chairman of Si-Cheng I.T. Co.

Mr. Yu earned his Ph.D. degree from the University of Texas in Austin.

Mr. Hong was vice president and assistant vice president of Yuanta Securities Finance.

Mr. Hong graduated from Oregon State University.

Mr. Chang was previously senior vice president at Yuanta Securities, director of Yuanta Bank, supervisor of Yuanta International Insurance Brokers.

Mr. Chang graduated from National Cheng Chi University with a Master's degree in operations management.

Ms. Liao was formerly an assistant vice president of Yuanta Securities.

Ms. Liao graduated from Tankang University.
