Mr. Chuang was formerly senior vice president of Yuanta Financial Holdings, president of Yuanta Securities Finance, and served as head and deputy head of the Ministry of Finance's Finance Bureau.

Mr. Chuang earned his Masters from National Taiwan Cheng Chi University.

Mr. Lawrence Lee was previously an executive vice president at Yuanta Securities, executive vice president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, and formerly was vice president, proprietary trading department, at Sampo Securities.

Mr. Lee graduated from Soochow University’s Law School.

Mr. Yu was previously senior assistant vice president at Yuanta Financial Holdings, in its I.T. Department, and vice president at Yuanta Securities. He also served as chairman of Si-Cheng I.T. Co.

Mr. Yu earned his Ph.D. degree from the University of Texas in Austin.

Mr. Yu was senior assistant vice president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities.

Mr. Yu graduated from Taiwan College of Maritime.

Mr. Liu was formerly vice president in Yuanta Securities' settlement department. 

Mr. Liu graduated from Tankang University.

Mr. Chang previously was senior vice president at Yuanta Financial Holdings, executive vice president at Yuanta Bank, senior vice president at Yuanta Securities, vice president at Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, director at Yuanta Core Yamaichi (Hong Kong), assistant vice president at Compass Securities, and manager of the underwriting and fixed income departments at Yong Li Securities.

Mr. Chang graduated from National Cheng Chi University with a Masters degree in operations management.

Ms. Liao was formerly an assistant vice president of Yuanta Securities.

Ms. Liao graduated from Tankang University.
