Mr. Chang is chairman of Yuanta Securities Finance.

Mr. Chang was previously the president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, a member of the supervisory committee at the Taiwan Securities Association, and president of Grand Cathay Securities. 

Mr. Chang earned his Masters degree from National Cheng Chi University.

Mr. Chuang is a director and president of Yuanta Securities Finance and an executive vice president of Yuanta Financial Holdings. He also serves as chief secretary to the board of directors and Head of Legal Affairs.

Mr. Chuang was senior vice president at Yuanta Financial Holdings, vice president of Yuanta Securities Finance, and served as head and deputy head of the Ministry of Finance's Finance Bureau.

Mr. Victor Ma is a director of Yuanta Securities Finance. He is also CEO and a director of Yuanta Financial Holdings. Formerly, at Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, he was special assistant to the president, International Department Vice President, and Executive Vice President. He also served as chairman of Fuhwa Securities Finance from June 2005 to June 2007. He was also a board member of Yuanta Securities. 

During his time at Yuanta Securities, Victor was instrumental in the development of the company's International Department. He successfully established Yuanta Securities Thailand from the acquired Cathay Capital in 1998. In 2000, Yuanta went on to become the number one broker in Thailand with 12% market share. In 2001, Yuanta Securities formed a strategic alliance with Kim Eng Holdings in Singapore through equity swap, a decisive step in the company's development as a regional brokerage, as well as improving its competitiveness.  

Mr. Victor Ma received his B.A. degree from Georgetown University before completing his M.B.A. degree at the University of California at Berkeley.  

Mr. Lin is a director and vice chairman of Yuanta Securities Finance. He is also an executive vice president of Yuanta Financial Holdings and a supervisor of Yuanta Futures. He is also a board member of the Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corporation.  

Mr. Lin was previously president of Yuanta Securities (formerly Fuhwa Securities). From February 2000 to June 2005, Mr. Lin was executive vice president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities and led the brokerage business financial oversight group, oversaw proprietary trading, fixed income, financing, accounting departments and was an underwriting committee member. At that time, he was also a board member of Yuanta. 

While executive vice president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, Mr. Lin guided the company in many business and strategic initiatives, and under his watch completed mergers with Core Pacific Securities, Compass Securities, Sampo Securities and Asia Securities, making Yuanta the dominant industry leader. He also led the company in effective cost saving strategies that targeted improving efficiencies in data input.

Mr. Liu is a director of Yuanta Securities Finance and also serves as a vice president of the company.

Mr. Liu was formerly vice president in Yuanta Securities' settlement department. 

Mr. Liu graduated from TanJiang University.

Mr. Ya Yen Lee is currently a supervisor of Yuanta Securities Finance, vice auditor of Yuanta Financial Holdings, vice president at Yuanta Securities, and a supervisor of Yuanta Insurance Brokers.

Previous positions held by Mr. Lee include vice auditor of Yuanta Financial Holdings, senior vice president of Yuanta Securities, special assistant at Hwan Hwa Securities Finance, senior manager at Fuhwa Securities, and executive assistant at Yuanta Core Pacific Securities.

Mr. Lee earned his Masters in Administration at Chia Yi University, School of Management.

Mr. Chang previously was executive vice president at Yuanta Bank, senior vice president at Yuanta Financial Holdings serving in its finance department, senior vice president at Yuanta Securities, vice president at Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, director at Yuanta Core Yamaichi (Hong Kong), assistant vice president at Compass Securities, and manager of the underwriting and fixed income departments at Yong Li Securities.

Mr. Chang graduated from National Cheng Chi University with a Masters degree in operations management.
