Mr. Li was formerly chairman of Yuanta Asset Management, a consultant for Yuanta Core Pacific Securities and chairman of Core Pacific Securities. From 1991 to 1996 he was a member of the National Assembly.
Mr. Li received his MBA from Harvard Business School and J.D. from Harvard Law School .
