Mr. Lin is chairman of Yuanta Asset Management. He is also chairman of Yuanta Financial Consulting, director of Yuanta Venture Capital, and an executive vice president of Yuanta Financial Holdings.

Mr. Lin's previous positions include executive vice president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, chairman of YaoGan Co. (now Syspower), president of Yuanta Construction Company, chairman of Grand Asia Asset Management and director of Grand Asia Capital Services and Yuanta Core Pacific Securities Hong Kong. 

Mr. Michael Ma is a director of Yuanta Asset Management. He is also an executive vice president and director of Yuanta Financial Holdings, and the company's first Chief Operations Officer. He is also a director of Yuanta Bank.

Before joining Yuanta Financial Holdings, Michael was chairman of Yuanta Construction Development Co. and an executive director of Syspower Technology Co., a financial data service company. Under his leadership, Syspower became number two in its market within a short period of time. At Yuanta Construction, Michael has built the company into a distinguished and profitable company.

Michael received his degree from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Chen was formerly CFO and Senior VP of Yuanta FHC, Senior VP of Yuanta Securities, the president of Royal Bank Canada's China operations and Shanghai branch as well as vice president of the bank's Taipei branch. He was also the Macau branch and Taipei branch vice president for Credit Lyonnais.

Mr. Chen earned a Masters degree in operations management from National Cheng Chi University.

Mr. Fan is a director of Yuanta Asset Management. He is also a special assistant to the chairman of Sheng Bao Co., and a director of Fan Tai Real Estate Co.

Mr. Fan was formerly vice chairman of the Research Institute for Fiscal Science.

Mr. Chen is a supervisor of Yuanta Asset Management. He is also a managing partner of Tsar & Tsai Law Firm.

Mr. Chen graduated from National Taiwan University, School of Law.

Mr. Chin serves as a supervisor for Yuanta Securities Finance, Yuanta Financial Consulting and Yuanta Asset Management.

Mr. Chin was formerly audit department vice president at Yuanta Securities, vice president financial superintendent, and vice president at Sampo Securities.

Mr. Chin graduated from National Taiwan Cheng Chi University.

Mr. Huang is a director for Yuanta Asset Management. He is also chairman of Yuanta Construction Co., Rui Sheng Real Estate, Chi Fu International Co., and a director for the International Trade Building Co. and Yuan Ding International Construction Co.

Mr. Huang was formerly president of Yuanta Construction Co., and was a department head at Dong Yun Co.
