Mr. Lin's previous positions include executive vice president of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, chairman of YaoGan Co. (now Syspower), president of Yuanta Construction Company, chairman of Grand Asia Asset Management and director of Grand Asia Capital Services and Yuanta Core Pacific Securities Hong Kong. 

Mr. Chin was formerly audit department vice president at Yuanta Securities, vice president financial superintendent, and vice president at Sampo Securities.

Mr. Chin graduated from National Taiwan Cheng Chi University.

Mr. Kao was formerly a chief admin. officer at Yuanta Financial Holdings, vice president at Yuanta Bank, director of Yuanta Life Insurance Agent Co., and financial and business supervisor at Yuanta Core Pacific Securities.

Mr. Kao graduated from Feng Chia University.

Mr. Fan was formerly vice chairman of the Research Institute for Fiscal Science.

Mr. Huang was formerly president of Yuanta Construction Co., and was a department head at Dong Yun Co.

Mr. Chang previously was senior vice president at Yuanta Financial Holdings, executive vice president at Yuanta Bank, senior vice president at Yuanta Securities, vice president at Yuanta Core Pacific Securities, director at Yuanta Core Yamaichi (Hong Kong), assistant vice president at Compass Securities, and manager of the underwriting and fixed income departments at Yong Li Securities.

Mr. Chang graduated from National Cheng Chi University with a Masters degree in operations management.

Ms. Chen formerly served as a judge for the Hsinchu, Taoyuan, and Shilin area courts. She has also served on the judicial committee of the Taipei Bar Association as both an executive supervisor and managing committee member, as well as was a committee member for Taipei City Government's procurement grievance committee.

Ms. Chen graduated from Columbia University Law School.
