Mr. Tshung-Chi Cheng graduated from the Department of Statistic, National Cheng Kung University.

 Mr. Chuang formerly helped restructure New Asia Electric Manufacturing Co., and served as a director for Core Pacific Yamaichi (Hong Kong).

Mr. Chuang graduated from National Taiwan University, School of Law.
