Mr. Kao served as a consultant to the Ministry of Finance, chairman of the Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corporation and Taiwan Futures Exchange, chairman of Fuhwa Bank and Fuhwa Securities, Vice Chairman of Yuanta Securities, and chairman of Yuanta Futures.

Mr. Kao graduated from National Chung Hsing University.

Mr. Tu is the president of the Yuanta Securities Investment Trust. He was previously vice president and assistant vice president of the company. Under his leadership, the company has been recognized for its professional products and services, being awarded Best Fund Awards and the Taiwan Securities and Futures Association's Outstanding Leadership Award.
