Mr. Lin is an independent director of Yuanta Securities and is a council member for the International Fiscal Association. Mr. Lin was formerly a managing director at the Ministry of Finance; district chief at the Taiwan Dispursement Office; president of the Workers Insurance Bureau; Northern Taiwan and Taipei District chief of the Tax Bureau.

Mr. Lin graduated from National Taiwan University.

Mr. Chu is currently a supervisor of Sesoda Corp., and ReaLy Development & Construction Corp., and a director of Stella International Holdings Limited.

Mr. Chu was previously a managing partner at KPMG Taiwan and a director of the firm'ss international board, a standing council member of Taipei CPA Association, the commissioner for the Finance and Taxation Group of the Economic Reform Committee of the Executive Yuan, the chairman of the CPA Association of R.O.C, the founding chairman of the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association, a supervisor of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities and an independent director of Yuanta Bank.

Mr. Chu studied at National Taiwan University.

Mr. Yu is a professor at National Cheng Chi University in the Department of Business Administration.

Mr. Yu was formerly an assistant professor at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a committee member of the Ministry of Economics’ Research and Development Committee, department head of the Department of Business Administration at National Cheng Chi University, and College of Business Deputy Dean, member of the National SME Ranking Council, Outstanding Managers committee member, and a board member of China Petroleum Co. and Sunsino Corp.

Mr. Yu earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
