We encourage our employees to spread the seeds of love in every place that needs warmth.

Showing Concern for the Disadvantaged in Society
With their warm hearts and enthusiasm, members of the Fuhwa Cultural and Education Foundation step into the mountains on holidays. They provide free medical services, finger acupuncture, hair dressing, toilet items and foods for the people there. The foundation also sponsors schools in remote areas to establish emergency rescue funds, and organizes interchanges between the students in rural and urban areas to broaden their horizons. The volunteers of the foundation also light up the lives of the children of prisoners, single parent families, handicapped students, single senior citizens, psychologically disturbed children, and give warmth to every corner that needs it.

Assistance to the Talented
Fuhwa Cultural and Educational Foundation has established the "Fuhwa Elite Award" for rewarding outstanding people in the financial sector. Universities are invited to recommend students in related disciplines to apply for this scholarship. The foundation has also established the "Encouragement Assistanceship" for students in poverty but in good academic standing through the recommendation of volunteers or social figures.

Seminars on Special Topics
The foundation holds seminars by inviting experts and scholars in the field as keynote speakers quarterly. Topics will cover the development of economic policy, living and money management, health and others. Employees could make use of this opportunity to learn and grow, broaden their knowledge and enrich their lives.

Sow the Seeds of Arts and Culture
Fuhwa Cultural and Educational Foundation has established the "Fuhwa Artistic Creation Award" for upgrading the artistic level of the people. Under this program, one artist with high potential will be selected for studying abroad each year for broadening their world view. In addition, the foundation also works in conjunction with the National Cultural Foundation for launching the "Excellence in the Performing Arts Program", "Young Producers Training Program" to provide room for youth to show off their talent. The foundation also sponsors contests and exhibitions in Chinese calligraphy, painting, and sculpture, sort out musical youth talent and collect art works.

Social Charity
Fuhwa Cultural and Educational Foundation organizes free blood tests every year for the health care of the people and for the prevention of liver disease. It has helped more than 8,000 families over the last two years. For matchmaking of singles, the foundation works hand-in-hand with Hsiu-ho Charity Foundation to organize seminars, barbecue gatherings and camping trips for singles of both sexes. The foundation seeks to create a happy society where "men and women have their families".

Taichi Class
Fuhwa Cultural and Educational Foundation employs masters in Taichi to give class to the employees every week to make them physically and mentally healthy so that they could perform with higher efficiency at work. The learners with gratitude welcome this. The Taichi Society of Fuhwa participated in the 1st Securities Cup Taichi Competition and got the championship. This is an encouragement to the learners for furthering their practice in Taichi.
