Yuanta Financial Holdings announces resolutions of the shareholders' meeting of Yuanta Asset Management.
  1. Date of the special shareholders' meeting:2010/05/11
  2. Important resolutions:
    (1) Approved to amend "Procedures for Acquisition or Disposal of Assets".
    (2) Approved to establish "Code of Ethics".
  3. Any other matters that need to be specified: Pursuant to the Company Act and the Financial Holding Company Act, the rights and functions of the shareholders' meeting shall be exercised by the board of directors.
