The company has adopted a balanced dividend policy in order to protect shareholder interests and achieve the goal of sustainability. The company's dividend distribution policy holds that distributable earnings shall not be less than 80 percent of the remainder of final earnings after, in accordance with relevant regulations, taxes are paid, appropriations are made for previous year losses, payments made into the statutory reserve and special reserve, and bonuses allocated to directors and employees. In doing so, cash dividends shall not be less than 50%, while stock dividends shall be less than 50%. With regard to the foregoing principles, the company may determine the most appropriate dividend policy in view of the current year's actual profit and financial condition; the board shall draft a distribution plan, which shall be implemented after approval by the shareholders' meeting.
