（1）Paid-in capital of Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd. before the capital
reduction was NT$ 69,679,387,890, and after the capital reduction it is NT$ 53,679,387,890.
（2）The number of shares outstanding before the capital reduction was 6,967,938,789
shares, and after the capital reduction it is 5,367,938,789 shares.
（3）The net worth
per share before the capital reduction was NT$ 11.36, and after the capital reduction
