Yuanta Group Wins CommonWealth CSR Sustainable Citizenship Awards for the 7th Time; Cultivating Financial Talent to Provide Ready-to-Deploy Contributions to Industry’s Low-Carbon Transition

Yuanta Group has made significant strides in sustainable governance, talent development, and employee care, standing out among more than 200 leading companies and receiving the “CommonWealth CSR Sustainable Citizenship Awards” for seven consecutive years. Adhering to the core values of “Enhancing Performance and Promoting Employee Welfare,” Yuanta Financial Holding Company (FHC) was also awarded the “CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award” this year. Yuanta Futures, a subsidiary of Yuanta FHC, likewise took first and second place in the “Little Giants” category in two separate rankings, highlighting the concrete achievements of Yuanta Group in integrating sustainability principles into operations and talent development.

Since 2007, CommonWealth Magazine has organized the CommonWealth CSR Sustainable Citizenship Award. Based on rigorous quantitative metrics and a professional evaluation process, the award assesses companies’ overall performance across four key areas—corporate governance, corporate commitment, social engagement, and environmental sustainability—and is recognized as one of Taiwan’s most credible ESG (environmental, social, and governance) awards. The Talent Sustainability Award was launched in 2023 and focuses on companies’ practices in talent development, work environment, diversity and inclusion, and employee development systems.

In response to trends in artificial intelligence (AI), Yuanta FHC is actively enhancing the AI capabilities of the entire workforce to drive corporate growth through digital transformation and leverage the core financial competencies to support the transition to a low-carbon economy. As a member of the Coalition of Movers and Shakers on Sustainable Finance of Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission, Yuanta FHC has partnered with the Securities and Futures Institute to promote the basic certification in sustainable finance. As of June 2026, more than 60,000 people across Taiwan have obtained the certification. Among them, Yuanta Group accounted for approximately seven percent (7%) of the total number of certification holders in Taiwan. We continue to cultivate financial professionals with expertise in sustainability, providing the financial industry with ready-to-deploy talent to support its low-carbon transition.

Yuanta Group is committed to integrating the principles of sustainable development into the core of business operations. We have established a comprehensive talent development system that spans recruitment, training, and development through to knowledge transfer. By means of long-term employee-friendly measures—such as health promotion courses, work-life balance initiatives, and employee assistance programs—Yuanta Group strives to create a fulfilling workplace that fosters both growth and competitiveness. Going forward, Yuanta Group will continue to strengthen sustainability governance and talent development, working hand in hand with employees, customers, and suppliers to drive sustainable transformation, leverage the financial industry’s positive influence, and achieve mutual benefit for the company and society.
