YFH announces board resolution of Yuanta Securities in exercising the rights and functions of the special shareholders' meeting
  1. Date of the special shareholders meeting: 2025/09/25
  2. Important resolutions:
    (1)Approved Yuanta Securities (Korea) to invest in
    ”Yuanta Next pay Fund ”(tentative name) and act as its General Partner.
    (2)Approved Yuanta Securities (Korea) to invest in
    ”Yuanta-Hisstory Mezzanine Fund ”(tentative name) and act as its
    Co-General Partner.
    (3)Approved Yuanta Securities (Korea) to invest in
    ”Yuanta-Hisstory Mezzanine Fund No.2 ”(tentative name) and act as its
    Co-General Partner.
  3. Any other matters that need to be specified: Pursuant to the Company Act
    and the Financial Holding Company Act, the rights and functions of the
    special shareholders' meeting of Yuanta Securities were exercised by the
    Board of Directors.
