YFH announces on behalf of Yuanta Life the acquisition of superficies rights in Taipei City.

    adjustment in the aforementioned annual land rent.
    (2) Calculate the annual land rent based on 1% of the current declared
    land price and then calculate it by one-twelfth (rounded off).
    Theaforementioned annual land rent will be adjusted at the day when
    the declared land price adjusted.
