YFH announces on behalf of Yuanta Securities Investment Trustthe adjustment of scope of the right -of-use asset acquired from Yuanta Bank.

    Yuanta Securities Investment Trust acquired the right-of-use of part of 1F,
    1 parking space on B3 Floor, located at No. 66, Sec. 1,Dunhua S. Rd.,
    Songshan Dist.Taipei City, Taiwan from its related party Yuanta Bank.
    (1)The rental area was 96.98 pings and 1 parking space.
    (2)Monthly rent was NT300,410 (tax included) include 1 parking space.
    (3)The total amount of right-of-use assets was NT$10,083,996 (tax included).
    (4)Lease term: 2024/10/01 to 2027/09/15
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    For the 1F part of the Housing Lease Contract terminated early due to
    Yuanta Bank's use plan, the lease scope and area will be adjusted:
    (1)The lease scope will be adjusted to 1 parking space on B3 Floor
    No. 66, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan
    (2)Monthly rent will be NT$8,500 (tax included).
    (3)Total right-of-use assets will be adjusted to NT$174,260 (tax included).
    (4)The adjustment is expected to take effect on 2025/12/01.

    No significant impact.

    The actual content shall be subject to the supplemental agreement signed
