YFH announces closing the acquisition of Yuanta Savings Bank (Korea) (2025/7/3 and 2025/10/29 supplementary annoucement)

  4. Reciprocal shareholding ratios: NA
  5. Cause of occurrence: YFH completed the delivery procedures for the
    acquistion of Yuanta Savings Bank (Korea) on November 3, 2025.
    The total price for the deal is KRW162.067 billion, equivalent to
    NTD3.495 billion.

Any other matters that need to be specified (the information disclosure  also meets the requirements of Article 7, subparagraph 9 of the Securities  and Exchange Act Enforcement Rules, which brings forth a significant impact  on shareholders rights or the price of the securities on public companies.):
