YHF announces the adjsutment of scope of the right-of-use asset acquired from Yuanta Bank.

  3. Summary of the content originally announced and reported:
    YFH acquired the right-of-use of part of the units on 6F, 8F, 10F,13F,
    16F to 20F, 16 parking space on B2 and 3 parking space on B3, of the building
    located at No.157, Section 3, Renai Road, Daan District, Taipei City from
    its related party Yuanta Bank.
    (1)The rental area was 1,879.95 ping.
    (2)Monthly rent was NT7,483,510 (tax included).
    (3)The total amount of right-of-use assets was NT$383,989,025 (tax included).
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    Due to business needs, the lease scope and area will be adjusted:
    (1)The rental area will be adjusted to 1,807.35 ping.
    (2)Monthly rent will be NT$7,245,511 (tax included).
    (3)Total right-of-use assets will be adjusted to
    NT$247,129,099(tax included).
    (4)The adjustment is expected to take effect on 2026/01/16.
  5. Effect on the Company's finance and business after the change:
    No significant impact.
  6. Any other matters that need to be specified:
    The actual content shall be subject to the supplemental agreement signed
    by both parties, and any discrepancies will be announced separately.
