    Yuanta Bank, a related party:
    1. The rental area was 593.61 pings.
    2. Monthly rent was NT$2,095,855 (tax included.)
    3. The total amount of the ROU asset was NT$110,025,120 (tax included.)
  4. Reason for change and its main content: Due to the subdivision of the leased floor address, the leased area and amounts will be adjusted as:
    1. The leased scope remains as 5 parking spaces and 4th floor of No. 157, Section 3, Renai Road, Daan District, Taipei City.
    2. The leased area will be adjusted to 570.63 pings.
    3. Monthly rent will be adjusted to NT$2,016,574 (tax included.)
