YFH announces on behalf of Yuanta Bank closing the disposition of Yuanta Savings Bank (Korea) (2025/7/3 supplementary annoucement)

  3. Relationship to the Company (please enter ¨head office¨ or  ¨subsidiaries¨): subsidiaries
  4. Reciprocal shareholding ratios: 100%
  5. Cause of occurrence: Yuanta Bank completed the delivery procedures for the
    disposition of Yuanta Savings Bank (Korea) on November 3, 2025.
    The total price for the deal is KRW162.067 billion, equivalent to
    NTD3.495 billion.
  6. Countermeasures: None
