Yuanta FHC announces the resolutions of the EGM of Yuanta Securities Vietnam
  1. Date of the special shareholders' meeting:2019/01/07
  2. Important resolutions:
    1)To approve company transformation to ”Limited Company”:
    a)To change company name from Yuanta Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company into Yuanta Securities Vietnam Limited Company
    b) To amend the organization chart
    c) To amend the company charter
    2) To amend the company charter: Add business lines:
    a) Trading of derivative securities
    b) Settlement or clearing derivative securities transactions
    3) To approve credit facility from YSAF
  3. Any other matters that need to be specified: The company transformation and add business lines shall be subject to the approval of regulatory authorities.
