Yuanta FHC announces supplement to resolution of the special shareholders' meeting of Yuanta Asset Management dated June 27, 2019
  1. Date of the special shareholders' meeting:2019/11/11
  2. Important resolutions:The amount of the capital increase was adjusted to NT$2 billion.
  3. Any other matters that need to be specified:
    (1)The cash capital increase was resolved to proceed on June 27, 2019 at an amount of NT$3 billion. The Financial Supervisory Commission approved the cash capital increase on 2019/10/17 (reference letter:Jin-Guan-Yin-Kong-Zih NO.1080217216) with the amount being adjusted to NT$2 billion thereafter.
    (2)In accordance with the Company Act and the Financial Holding Company Act, powers of the shareholders' meeting of Yuanta Asset Management were vest in and exercised by the board of directors.
