As a result, Yuanta Financial Holding Company (FHC) and subsidiary Yuanta Funds have taken concrete actions to improve the workplace environment for childcare, and have been awarded the Taipei City Government’s “Friendly Childcare Business Award” for two consecutive years.
To encourage companies to create a childcare-friendly environment, the Taipei City Government presented the Friendly Childcare Business Award for the first time last year (2024). The Friendly Childcare Business Award evaluates organizations based on criteria such as organizational culture and policies, childcare support leave measures, on-site childcare services, economic support, and subsidy measures. It selects outstanding friendly childcare businesses to spur participation from all sectors of society. This year, Yuanta FHC and Yuanta Funds were both recognized with the “Outstanding Business Award.”
