  5. Cause of occurrence: The Board of Directors of Yuanta Bank resolved to
    participate in the ”Credit Guarantee Mechanism to Support Enterprises
    Investing in the United States ” with total funding of USD 25 million.

    (1)In coordination with government policies, Yuanta Bank supports corporate
    investment in the United States, thereby promoting the expansion of
    business capacity.
    (2)Yuanta Bank participates in the ”Credit Guarantee Mechanism to Support
    Enterprises Investing in the United States” to secure sufficient credit
    guarantee capacity and effectively reduce credit risk.
    (3)The actual terms and conditions shall be subject to the formally
    executed agreement.
