YFH announces on behalf of YTI a supplement to 2023/03/21 announcement regarding the maturity and liquidation of Yuanta Secondary No. II Fund

    Yuanta Secondary No. II Fund (hereinafter referred to as ”the Fund”)
    which Yuanta Investment acts as the General Partner
  2. Date of occurrence of the event: 2026/07/21
  3. No., unit price, and monetary amount of the transaction:
    The liquidation of the Fund was completed on 2026/07/21.
    The cash allocated in this distribution is around KRW 7.895 billion
    (approximately NTD 0.17 billion), and the overall amount allocated from
    the Fund is KRW 9.246 billion (approximately NTD 0.199 billion).
