    (2)Unit Price: NT$550/ping/month (business tax included)
    (3)Total amount of the rents:NT$108,273/month(business tax included)

    (5)Lease term:2024/02/01~2027/12/31
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    As Yuanta Bank has acquired the entire building (including the basement)
    located at No.46 and No.46-1 through 46-11, Section 2, Chongde Road,
    Beitun District, Taichung City, from Yuanta Securities Finance, the lease
    relationship was extinguished upon completion of the transfer of ownership
    due to the merger of rights and obligations.
