YFH announces on behalf of Yuanta Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. that it has applied to the court for a ruling on the fair price for share purchase

    DBTEL Incorporated and 11 other shareholders expressed their objection to
    Proposal No. 2, ”Share swap between Yuanta Securities Investment Trust Co.,
    Ltd. and Yuanta Financial Holding Co., Ltd.” submitted for discussion at
    the annual general shareholders' meeting of Yuanta Securities Investment
    Trust Co., Ltd. held on June 12, 2026, and requested Yuanta Securities
    Investment Trust Co., Ltd. to buy back all shares held by them. As the
    parties failed to reach an agreement on the purchase price within 60 days
    from the date on which the resolution was adopted, Yuanta Securities
    Investment Trust Co., Ltd. has, pursuant to Paragraph 7 of Article 12 of the
    Business Mergers and Acquisitions Act, applied to the court for a ruling on
    the fair price.
