    Yuanta Securities Finance in respect of the premises located at
    No.46-5&No.46-6,Sec.2,Chongde Rd.,Beitun Dist.,
    Taichung City
    Unit area:1,309.26 square meters,equivalent to 396.06ping
    Unit price:NT$470 ping/month(business tax included)
    Total amount of the rents:NT$186,148(business tax included)
    Total amount of right-of-use asset:NT$4,396,332
    Lease term:2026/03/01~2028/02/29
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    As related party Yuanta Bank has acquired the entire building
    (including the basement)
    located at No. 46 and No. 46-1 through 46-11, Section 2, Chongde Road,
    Beitun District, Taichung City, from Yuanta Securities Finance,
    upon completion of the transfer of ownership, Yuanta Bank shall
    succeed to all rights and obligations of the lessor under the existing
    lease agreement and shall become the lessor thereunder.
    Except for the change of lessor, the terms and conditions of the lease
    agreement remain unchanged.
