    (1) Approved the appointment of Mr. Wang Chung Shan as
    the Chairman of the Council of Members of Yuanta Securities Vietnam
    (2) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung as CEO
    of Yuanta Securities Vietnam
    (3) Approved the appointment of Mr. Wang Chung Shan as CFO
    of Yuanta Securities Vietnam

    proposal (1) to be effective as from the date of approval of the
    Legal Representative by the competent authority, since the Chairman of
