YFH announces on behalf of Yuanta Securities, amendments to the lease agreement with Yuanta Securities Finance

    Yuanta Securities has acquired the right-of-use asset from its related
    party, Yuanta Securities Finance in respect of the premises
    (including 6 basement parking spaces) located at No.46-2, No.46-3, Sec.2,
    Chongde Rd., Beitun Dist., Taichung City.
    Unit area: 394.12 ping
    Unit price: NT$470 per ping per month (tax included)
    Rents of parking space: NT$2,000 per seat per month (tax included)
    Total amount of the rents: NT$197,236 per month (tax included)
    Total amount of right-of-use asset: NT$11,337,064
    Lease term: 2026/05/01~2031/04/30
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    As related party Yuanta Bank has acquired the entire building
    (including the basement) located at No. 46 and No. 46-1 through 46-11,
    Section 2, Chongde Road, Beitun District, Taichung City, from Yuanta
    Securities Finance, upon completion of the transfer of ownership,
    Yuanta Bank shall succeed to all rights and obligations of the lessor under
    the existing lease agreement and shall become the lessor thereunder.
    Except for the change of lessor, the terms and conditions of
    the lease agreement remain unchanged.
