YFH announces the board resolution of Yuanta Securities (Korea) approving the distribution of 2025 dividends
  1. Date of the board of directors resolution: 2026/03/05
  2. Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution:
    The proposed amount of common stock cash dividend is KRW 42,389,622,440
    (KRW 220 per common share). The proposed amount of preferred stock cash
    dividend is KRW 3,459,069,900 (KRW 270 per preferred share).
  3. Any other matters that need to be specified:
    The appropriation of earnings for 2025 is subject to the approval of
    the annual general meeting of shareholders.
