YFH announces on behalf of Yuanta Securities Investment Consulting the adjustment of scope of the right-of-use asset acquired from Yuanta Bank

    Yuanta Securities Investment Consulting has adjusted the scope of
    the right-of-use assets of 5 parking spaces and part of
    4th floor of No. 157, Section 3,Renai Road, Daan District, Taipei City
    acquired from Yuanta Bank, a related party:
    (1)The rental area was 593.61 pings. (included ratio of Public Area)
    (2)Monthly rent was NT$2,095,855 (tax included).
    (3)The total amount of right-of-use asset was NT$110,025,120 (tax included).
    (4)Lease term: 2024/04/11 to 2029/04/10
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    Due to an amendment to the number of leased parking spaces,
    the leased area will be adjusted:
    (1)The leased area will be adjusted to 4 parking spaces and
    4th floor of No. 157, Section 3, Renai Road, Daan District, Taipei City.
    (2)Monthly rent will be adjusted to NT$2,007,174 (tax included).
    (3)Total amount of right-of-use asset will be adjusted
    to NT$106,442,756.
    (4)The adjustment is expected to take effect on 2026/04/11.

    No significant effect
  6. Any other matters that need to be specified:
    (1)The original contract was announced on 2023/07/26 and
    the lease scope adjustments were announced on 2023/12/28
    ,2024/06/13 and 2025/06/04.
    (2)On 2025/06/04, the leased area was adjusted to 570.63 pings
    and 5 parking spaces, with monthly rent of NT$2,016,574(tax included)
    and total amount of right-of-use asset
    value of NT$106,544,678(tax included).
