YFH announces on behalf of Yuanta Securities the adjustment of scope of the right-of-use asset acquired from Yuanta Bank

    Yuanta Securities has acquired the right-of-use asset for 10 parking spaces
    on B3 and B4 at No. 157, Section 3, Ren'ai Rd., Da'an
    District, Taipei City from Yuanta Bank, a related party:
    1. Leased area: 10 parking spaces
    2.Total amount of rents: NT$91,300 per month (tax included.)
    3.Total amount of right-of-use assets: NT$3,864,901.
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    Due to business needs, the number of leased parking spaces will be
    adjusted:
    1.The leased area will be adjusted to one parking space on B3
    and ten parking spaces on B4
    2.Total rents after adjustment : NT$100,400 per month (tax included).
    3.Total amount of right-of-use assets after adjustment:NT$3,580,961.
    4.The adjustment is expected to take effect on 2026/4/11.

    No significant impact.
