YHF announces the adjsutment of scope of the right-of-use asset acquired from Yuanta Securities.

    YFH acquired the right-of-use of part of the units on 18F and 22F, 2 parking
    space on B3 and 2 parking space on B5, of a newly constructed building
    located on land parcels No. 764, 764-1, Subsection 1, Changchun Section,
    Zhongshan District, Taipei City.
    Total amount of right of use asset：NT$ 73,181,141 (tax included.)
    Lease term：2026/7/11 to 2031/7/10
  4. Reason for change and its main content:
    Adjusted the lease term and update the location of the leased property：
    A portion of the 18F, 18F-1 and 22F, 2 parking space on B3 and 2 parking
    space on B5, of No. 229, Section 3, Nanjing East Road, Taipei City.
    Total amount of right of use asset：NT$ 73,540,134 (tax included.)
    Lease term：5 years, commencing the day following the completion of
    the green building inspection of the property.

    No significant impact.
