YFH supplementarily announces on behalf of YSIT regarding the receipt of rulings for provisional injunction and urgent disposition

    Petitioner: DBTEL Incorporated
    Respondent: Yuanta Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. (“YSIT”)
  2. Name of the court or punishing agency of the legal matter:
    Intellectual Property and Commercial Court
  3. Reference/Case number of relevant documents of the legal matter:
    2026 Commercial Provisional No. 10 and 11
  4. Date of occurrence of the event: 2026/06/11
  5. Details of occurrence (including the matter under dispute):
    After the Petitioner is willing to provide a guarantee, the Respondent is
    prohibited from resolving and discussing the second item of the agenda for
    the annual general shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 12, 2026,
    which is regarding “the share swap matters between the Company and Yuanta
    Financial Holding Co., Ltd.”
    Prior to the ruling on the provisional injunction (status quo disposition)
    in the preceding statement, please grant an urgent disposition identical
    to the content of the preceding statement.
  6. Handling procedure: The Court ruled that the Petitioner's requests for
    provisional injunction and urgent disposition are all dismissed.
