Guided by the belief that “public welfare is a continuous commitment to giving,” Yuanta Financial Holding Company (FHC) and the Yuanta Cultural and Educational Foundation (Foundation)—with a focus on public welfare education—have been supporting our public welfare partners in realizing their dreams ever since launching the “Dream Big” Yuanta Social Service Dream-Fulfilling Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Dream Big Project”) in 2016. This year (2026), the Dream Big Project marks its tenth anniversary. The call for proposals is now officially open, and we warmly invite schools of all levels, nonprofit organizations, and social welfare groups across Taiwan to actively submit proposals. Together, through the “Dream Big” public welfare platform, we aim to promote social inclusion and sustainable development.

To mark its tenth-anniversary milestone, this year’s Dream Big Project not only provides Dream Fulfilling Grants, corporate volunteers, and professional resources but has also specially organized the “Walking Together to Fulfill Dreams: Co-Creation Workshop.” The workshop brings together Dream-Fulfilling Groups from across Taiwan that have been deeply rooted in their communities over the years to exchange ideas. Through the sharing of experiences and resources, and cross-disciplinary dialogue, the workshop aims to transcend geographical and service-sector boundaries, foster collaboration and connections, and jointly build a sustainable educational public welfare ecosystem based on mutual support and shared well-being.

Over the past decade, the Dream Big Project has helped 60 educational public welfare organizations realize their dreams, mobilizing nearly 12,000 volunteer participations from the Yuanta Group and accumulating almost 250,000 beneficiaries. The Project’s scope encompasses diverse fields such as children’s and youth education, companionship for seniors, empowerment of people with disabilities, environmental sustainability, arts education, community revitalization, and financial literacy. What has been amassed is not merely a set of statistics, but a warm, unifying force born from a group of people who believe in change and have the courage to take action.

Yuanta FHC and the Yuanta Foundation sincerely invite passionate and creative partners in educational public welfare to join us in making dreams come true and to walk together on the path of public welfare for the greater good. Applications for this year’s Project are now open and will remain so until 12:00 p.m. on August 31, 2026. The Project is open to all, regardless of ethnicity, gender, age, or location. We welcome applications from any educational public welfare projects that help promote learning and development, enhance social adaptation skills, and align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
