Yuanta Financial Holding Company (FHC) continues to deepen sustainable governance in supply chain by hosting the “Second Supplier ESG Exchange Conference of 2026” (hereinafter referred to as the ESG exchange conference). Under the theme “Green Circular Economy, Sustainable Yuanta,” and upholding the spirit of “large enterprises supporting smaller ones and prioritizing capacity building,” the event brought together supply chain partners for exchange, focusing on the circular economy, green procurement, and supply chain sustainability practices. The initiative aims to help participants grasp net-zero transition trends, enhance supply chain resilience, and jointly advance the industry’s green transformation.

The ESG (environmental, social, and governance) exchange conference invited representatives from Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment (MOE) to discuss global circular economy policies, industrial transformation trends, and relevant regulatory developments. It also invited the Greenharvest Group to share practical corporate experiences, explaining how to integrate sustainability principles into daily operations—through aspects of the circular economy such as green power procurement, resource recycling, and the procurement of eco-friendly products—to reduce environmental risks and create value within the circular economy.

Yuanta FHC also shared Yuanta Group’s achievements in promoting resource recycling during the conference. Starting in 2025, Yuanta Securities has participated in the ASUS Foundation’s “Refurbished Computer Digital Education Program,” and has collected a total of over 400 desktop and laptop computers, LCD monitors, televisions, and other devices. After refurbishment, these items were donated to underprivileged groups for reuse, extending the equipment’s lifespan. This effort is estimated to have reduced carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 5.984 metric tons, equivalent to sparing 498 trees from being cut down. In addition, through breakout group discussions and an interactive “Sustainability Action Wall,” the event invited suppliers to share circular economy initiatives they could implement within their companies, thereby fostering consensus on cross-industry collaboration.

In response to the MOE’s “Rebag & Box Circulation Platform” initiative, Yuanta FHC collected approximately 5,800 secondhand bags between May and June of this year. All of these bags were donated to organizations such as the Jianguo Holiday Flower Market which extends their useful value. Furthermore, Yuanta FHC has been recognized by the Taipei City Government as an “Outstanding Green Procurement Enterprise” for fifteen consecutive years. We will continue to optimize our supply chain sustainability management mechanisms, expand our green procurement and resource recycling practices, and, through long-term collaboration with suppliers, jointly drive the industry toward low-carbon transformation and sustainable development.
