Yuanta FHC Wins 11th Consecutive Year of Insurance Dragon-Phoenix Awards, Nurturing Green Collar Talents and Successively Becoming the “Most Desirable FHC” among Graduates

Modern Insurance Educational Affairs Foundation held the Insurance Dragon-Phoenix Awards presentation ceremony on March 4. Yuanta Financial Holding Company (FHC) has won the Outstanding Award of the “Most Desirable FHC” award for fresh graduates from university departments of insurance and finance, and has been recognized by the Insurance Dragon-Phoenix Awards for eleven consecutive years. Yuanta FHC’s subsidiary, Yuanta Life, also won two Outstanding Awards in the “Most Desirable Life Insurance Company” by graduates in the Internal Affairs and Field Service categories.

Yuanta FHC has always emphasized the cultivation of talents and the development of multiple functions, providing an equal and friendly, healthy and safe working environment, creating a happy and superb workplace, and aiming at retaining quality talents. Since 2014, Yuanta Life has been cooperating with colleges and universities to develop diversified industry-academia cooperation channels, offering fresh graduates and students internships in various departments to participate in financial learning and insurance practice, so as to nurture more excellent insurance talents. As for the field service team, in order to maintain the current size and strengthen the development of the field service team, Yuanta Life launched the Field Service Supervisor Star Program, which is complemented by practical training courses, to build a young, professional, and dedicated field service team, so that our customers can experience the high quality of our services.

Excellent talents are the cornerstone of corporate growth and the driving force of sustainable development. Yuanta FHC actively trains young financial elites to enhance the willingness of the new generation to join the financial industry. In February of this year (2024), Yuanta FHC has initiated the Management Associates (MA) recruitment program, which is expected to recruit 30 to 50 MAs to invite the new generation of financial elites to join the company.

In order to increase the personal workplace value of employees and the competitiveness of the company, Yuanta FHC leverages the advantages of subsidiaries in the diversified financial industry to encourage employees to apply for internal job transfers or conduct planned job rotations according to the needs of the organization. Through the experience and opportunity of job transfer, employees can develop their multiple functions and familiarize themselves with the business contents of different regions or areas, with the purpose of promoting the replication of successful experiences and the spreading of benefits among the Yuanta Group. According to internal statistics, more than 1,700 employees were given opportunities for job rotation and development in 2023, accounting for about fifteen percent (15%) of the workforce, and more than 100 people completed cross-company transfers, thus fostering the development of employees into all-round financial talents.
