Yuanta Financial Holding Company (FHC) and subsidiary, Yuanta Securities, were honored with the Taipei City Government’s “Friendly Childcare Business Award.” Yuanta FHC has received the award for three consecutive years, while Yuanta Securities won it for the first time, demonstrating Yuanta Group’s long-term commitment to fostering a family-friendly workplace and the fruitful results of those efforts.

To encourage businesses to create a childcare-friendly environment, the Taipei City Government has established the “Friendly Childcare Business Award,” which evaluates organizations based on criteria such as organizational culture and policies, flexible work arrangements, various types of parental leave, childcare services, parenting support networks, financial support, and innovative initiatives. This year, both Yuanta FHC and Yuanta Securities were honored with the “Outstanding Business Award.” Yuanta FHC was awarded the “Organizational Culture and Policies” and “Childcare and Parenting Support Networks and Measures” categories, while Yuanta Securities received the “Childcare and Parenting Support Networks and Measures” and “Financial Support and Allowance Measures” categories. These individual awards highlight Yuanta Group’s achievements in cultivating a family-friendly work environment.
