The ninth “Dream Big” Yuanta Social Service Dream-Fulfilling Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Yuanta Dream Big Project”) was launched in June 2025 and lasted nearly ten months. Today (June 11), an outcomes presentation was held. Yuanta Financial Holding Company (FHC) and the Yuanta Cultural and Educational Foundation (Foundation) joined forces with eight educational and charitable organizations, over a hundred young people, seniors, and children, as well as the Project’s judging panel, to share the achievements of the Project in areas such as digital learning, arts education, and community revitalization, thereby fostering intergenerational learning.

The Yuanta Foundation stated, “The ninth ‘Journey to Fulfill Dreams’ concluded in June, but the power of change spreading throughout the community will continue!” In addition to providing “Dream-Fulfilling Grants” and training in digital AI and financial fraud prevention, this year’s Project saw Yuanta volunteers reach out to communities, schools, and local centers to serve and support students at elementary schools in particularly remote areas, elderly residents in mountainous regions, young people with disabilities striving for independence, and families with members who have disabilities. Volunteer service has accumulated nearly 2,800 volunteer-person-times, with almost 10,000 participants in the Dream Big Project. Behind these numbers lies the positive energy accrued through every instance of learning and action.

The outcomes presentation was full of highlights. Seniors from the Changhua County Mountain Foot Cultural Compassionate Care Association—whose average age is 80—performed an energetic fitness dance, demonstrating through their actions the courage they have shown in overcoming barriers to literacy and physical limitations, and earning a full house of applause. The “Little Sun Dream-Fulfilling Band” of the Taipei City Joyful Family Foundation showcased the achievements of families with members who have disabilities as they grew together through musical theater, featuring percussion and dance performances.

Students from Sanxian Elementary School in Chenggong Township, Taitung County, dressed in traditional Amis attire and accompanied by PawPaw drums, captivated the entire audience with their vibrant rhythms, expressing their tribal culture and self-confidence. Kaohsiung City Fenglin Junior High School presented paper shadow puppets created in collaboration with volunteers from Yuanta, teaming up with the Yung Shing Le Shadow Puppet Troupe—a tradition passed down through five generations—to bring this traditional art form to life on campus.

Since launching the Yuanta Dream Big Project in 2016, Yuanta FHC and the Yuanta Foundation have accumulated nearly 250,000 beneficiaries over the past nine years. By continuing to invest in education and public welfare, we have successfully built a diverse public welfare ecosystem. The Yuanta Foundation extends special thanks to the Friendly Soap Recycling Association for aligning with Yuanta’s philosophy of a circular economy and sustainability across sectors. The association donated over a thousand bars of plant-based laundry soap, helping to spread environmental protection and compassion throughout Taiwan via charitable initiatives.
