YFH announces a supplement to the board resolution of YSAF dated 2020/06/29 approving the liquidation of PT Yuanta Asset Management

  5. Cause of occurrence: A potential buyer intended to acquire 100% equity of PT Yuanta Asset Management, the company therefore decided to terminate the liquidation process after assessment.
  6. Countermeasures: The board of directors of Yuanta Securities Asia Financial Services approved PT Yuanta Sekuritas Indonesia and Yuanta Securities (HK) to respectively dispose 99.998% and 0.002% of the issued shares of PT Yuanta Asset Management.
