Yuanta Group has made significant strides in sustainable governance, talent development, and employee care, standing out among more than 200 leading companies and receiving the “CommonWealth CSR Sustainable Citizenship Awards” for seven consecutive years. Since 2007, CommonWealth Magazine has organized the CommonWealth CSR Sustainable Citizenship Award. Based on rigorous quantitative metrics and a professional evaluation process, the award assesses companies’ overall performance across four key areas—corporate governance, corporate commitment, social engagement, and environmental sustainability—and is recognized as one of Taiwan’s most credible ESG (environmental, social, and governance) awards. The Talent Sustainability Award was launched in 2023 and focuses on companies’ practices in talent development, work environment, diversity and inclusion, and employee development systems. As of June 2026, more than 60,000 people across Taiwan have obtained the certification.
