The 2025 Asia-Pacific and Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards held its awards ceremony on September 11. Yuanta Life, under the theme of “Anti-Fraud Education: Zero-Distance Protection,” is implementing the United Nations’ fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 4) – ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all. According to statistics from the 165 Anti-Fraud Dashboard of the National Police Agency of Taiwan’s Ministry of the Interior, the amount of money lost to fraud in August 2025 alone reached NT$7.34 billion. In light of the recent surge in fraud cases, Yuanta Life is investing resources and manpower to carry out various anti-fraud programs, safeguarding the personal information and financial security of the public and preventing them from falling victim to scams. Yuanta Life has executed a multi-faceted approach to fraud prevention internally, starting from the source.
